Pierre John JODOIN

JODOIN, Pierre (Pete) John - Left us peacefully at his home on the morning of December 15, 2013 at the age of 80. Pete had many interests but his first love was for his family. He is survived by his lifelong love of 56 years, Maureen (nee McCann), his children, Linda (Emberley), Don (Sayuri Childs), Richard (Olga Hrabe), Diane (Patrick Kerton) and Robert (Susan Lamb). Pa Pete will be deeply missed by his eight grandchildren, Scott, Jeff, Philip, Matthew, Anika, Eric, William and Peter as well as his two sisters, Audrey Charest and Patricia Desjardins, and their families. He cherished his many friendships over the years...longest lasting, Brian and Joan McCann and Bill and Dolores Bradford. In addition, he had many fond memories from his years at Lambton Golf and Country Club and his colleagues at Zurich Insurance. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed many years playing, coaching and watching hockey. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter "Neweduk - Erin Mills" Chapel, 1981 Dundas St. W., Mississauga (just east of Erin Mills Pkwy.), on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A celebration of his life will be held on Friday, December 20, 2013 at 11 a.m. at St. Christopher's Church, 1171 Clarkson Rd., Mississauga.
