PESSES, Raia - At Valleyview Residence on Thursday, September 22, 2011. Raia, dear mother of Sonia and Alex Mazler, Jerry and Teresa Vasser. Grandmother of Laura and Tal Grossman, Sherri and Allan Skok and Ilana Vasser. Great- grandmother of Paige, Cole and Marisa. Survived by her sisters Nina Henechowicz and Ilda Zelcer. A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 25 at 11:00 a.m. at Steeles Memorial Chapel, 350 Steeles Ave. West (between Yonge and Bathurst). Interment at Bathurst Lawn Memorial Park, Warsawer Lodzer section. Shiva will be observed at 267 Rose Green Dr., Thornhill after 2:00 p.m. In Raia's memory, donations to the Alzheimer Society, 416-967-5900, would be appreciated.
