RAY TAVINER RCAF Retired On Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at age 88. Beloved husband of Bernice. Loving father to Karen (Paul) and Robin (Karen). Cherished grandfather to Brendan (Britni) and Stephen (Laura). Proud great-grandpa to Keira. Missed by his niece and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Bob (Doris). Cremation has taken place. Family will greet friends at 1 p.m., Friday, June 10th at 1350 York Mills Rd., Toronto, followed by a Celebration of Ray's Life. Tributes: www.basicfunerals.ca

Today I woke up thinking about Bernice & Ray Taviner. Also their children Karen & Robin.
Bernice and I met at work many years ago. 1976 to be exact. It was with great sadness that I found and read Ray's obituary. Yes, a life well lived. With much love to the family. Judy
