RAYMOND MacTAVISH Passed away surrounded by his loving family at the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital on Saturday, July 5, 2014 at the age of 86. Raymond, beloved husband and best friend for 62 years of Jean. Loving father of Deb and husband Bob Toman, Ian and wife Judy, Craig and Rory and wife Barb. Cherished grandfather of Luc and Autumn, Amanda, Kacie, Emily and Erica. Dear brother of the late Dorothy and Sandy. Sadly missed by his loving grand dogs. Raymond always enjoyed a round of golf and spending time at his cottage in Washago with his family that he loved so dearly. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He was an incredible man who was always ready to share a smile and an encouraging word. Following cremation, visitation will be held at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia on Wednesday evening, July 9, 2014 from 7-9 p.m. If desired, Memorial Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Jean: We are distraught and saddened by the news!
Our good friend and my piano player are in a new world. He and Holly will no doubt carry on!
