LAZDOWSKI, REGINA It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Regina Lazdowski. Regina passed away at Baycrest Hospital on Saturday, November 17, 2018 in her 92nd year, surrounded by her loving family. Regina was predeceased by her beloved husband Jan (March, 1995). Regina was an adoring mother to Richard (Joan) and Sophie Martin (Stephen). A proud Nana to Richard John (Sandra), Jason (Tara), Christopher and Sondra (Stefan Pietrangelo). Regina was also a treasured great-grandmother to Lindsey, Emma, Kyle, Paige and of the newest "little one" Olivia Rose. Regina will also be greatly missed by her relatives and friends in Poland. Memorial donations may be made to the palliative care units at both Baycrest Hospital and North York General Hospital. A special thank you to the doctors and staff at both palliative care units for all their care and support. The family will receive friends at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home, 211 Langstaff Rd. E. (west of Bayview Ave.) from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., on Wednesday, November 21, 2018. A mass of Christian burial will take place within the funeral home in the Chapel of St. Joseph also on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. Interment on the cemetery grounds and reception within the Funeral Home to follow.
