Rita M. Nave

1926 - 2014

Rita M. Nave passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2014, at the age of 87 surrounded by her loving family at her granddaughter's home. Mrs. Nave was a member of the Holy Saviour Church in Norristown. She was an avid Phillies fan and was especially devoted to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was born in Norristown on December 12, 1926 and was the daughter of the late Philomena and Joseph Antonelli. She was predeceased by her husband Dominic Nave, her brother Harry Antonelli, Sisters Gloria Sotak, Theresa Marinari and Mary Bono. She is survived by her son David (Carol) Nave, granddaughters Tracy Harris (Jarrett) and Denise Frosty (Michael). She is also survived by five great grandchildren Ashley, Nathan, Gwyneth, Dominic and Abigail along with her sister Martha "Dolly" (Harmon) Salamone, her sister in law Marie Antonelli and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass on Thursday, May 1 at 10 AM in Holy Saviour Church 407 E. Main St., Norristown. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery.
