I am deeply saddened in learning just today of the passing of Bobby. Our family had the pleasure of being next door neighbours to Bob and his family in Baysville, On. for 40 yrs. I fondly remember the nights that my dad and Bobby would sit on our veranda and exchange the funniest stories ever told. So many summer nights with bonfires in front of the dam and enjoying their company. To Ethna, Ray , Carol, Paul and Mike please allow me extend our sincerest condolences from and on behalf of the entire Ralph family . We will never forget those cherished times. God Bless.

Bob and the Monday night group at Kew Beach Church were pivotal to my teenage years. I remember Bob being the most amazingly patient and giving leader of our Monday night youth club. A true Christian spirit. My teenage years might have turned out entirely differently if it had not been for Bob. He gave a large group of young people a place to feel safe and anchored. I now appreciate looking back at that time, what he gave us. Thank you Bob for your infectious love of life and indiscriminate unconditional love for all. Jenny Glenesk.
Deepest sympathy to you, Ethna and the rest of the family and friends.

I was so glad to share time with Bob at Monday Men Bible Study at Wellington Square United Church, and at services and lunches at East Plains United Church, Burlington, Ontario. We will miss Bob's cheery friendship.

In a very special way, we met and became friends with Bob and Ethna. Our son was the original connection, although we became neighbours and friends. A cheerful and positive force. Lovely person. Many happy moments. He enjoyed trips for "treats" to the local variety store.

Bob and Ethna were our lovely neighbours on Courcelette for many years. My children spent many hours playing crazy eights with them on their front porch. Bob was a wonderful man and we have so many great memories of time spent with him. He will be missed and we will alway remember him fondly.
