Robert Byers Obituary
BYERS, Robert David (Bob) - It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. Bob passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2009 in Scarborough at the age of 73. Bob leaves behind his cherished wife Patricia and his children, their spouses and grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Martin and sisters Mary and Dorothy. Bob's passions in life were his family and his love of photography. Bob and Patricia spent 43 wonderful years of marriage together and he will be sorely missed. A memorial service will be held at THE SIMPLE ALTERNATIVE FUNERAL CENTRE, 275 Lesmill Road, Toronto, 416-441-1580, on Sunday, November 8, 2009 at 11 a.m. Visitation will take place in the chapel one hour before service time. In memory of Bob, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society.

Please accept our sincere sympathies on your father's passing Tracy. Mark Bradshaw remembers assisting him , back in the day of course, at Pringle and Booth. Pi Media will be making a donation to the Alzheimer Society in his memory.

The true measure of a man lies in the courage he shows in the face of insurmountable odds. Dad, you are my hero. Thank you for loving me without reservation or judgement. You helped mold me into the man that I am today and for that I am eternally grateful. Forever you are in my heart. May you rest peacefully. I love you. John
