Bev, Jen, Alex, Kelly and Deborah, my heart felt condolences on the loss of your husband and Father. I have so many wonderful memories of Robo growing up. In grade 2, after Jen´s birthday party, he sat with me as I cried on the front porch of your home on Massey St, (a home where for the next decade I held so many wonderful childhood memories), after losing at bowling. He lovingly yet firmly knocked some sense into me and made me feel better- he was had a very convincing and authoritative way about him. I remember Robo as being tough on the outside and soft on the inside. He was also exceptionally generous. I am so blessed to have grown up knowing him and know his spirit has reached God as he rests with the the angels and looks over you all from a place of eternal peace.
R.I.P. dear Robo.
Saskia (Brala) van der Spuy.

Please accept my condolences. As a young girl, I remember Robert returning from mamy golf games with my cousin Serge, and he was always smiling and laughing.
