Dear Rick,Donna,Patricia and Barbara:

I am regretfully just reading my email today and am deeply saddened by the recent loss of your dad. I adored your parents and thought they were the happiest and funniest couple I had ever met. I know Uncle Bobby will be happier now that he is reunited with your mom. All my best to you and yours.

My condolences to the Lester Clan. I was so saddened to hear that Uncle Bob had passed away. I have very fond memories of Uncle Bob dancing the night away with Auntie Audrey at my wedding in Shediac!! I will never forget his infectious smile and laugh. Thinking of all my cousins at this difficult time.

Dear Rick,

Sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. I was only 13 years old the last time I saw your Dad and Mom; on a visit with my parents (Bert and Marg Luckett). They shared beers and conversation while we went to a Thistletown Collegiate dance, we won the twist contest and your dad smiled and said ''Rick won a dance contest''!! Some things we never forget like your Dad and Mom will be with you forever in thoughts and heart...

Your friend,
Lynda Luckett-Williams

Rick Lester:
My condolences to both you and your family on the passing of your father and belatedly, your mother. It has been a long time since I left Canada to return to England, over 40 years ago now, but I remember your Dad as a very strong type, very much the soldier. So many memories come back that span the years, so many ironies.
