Rod, you and Gael became part of the "Eastern" cousins that I met when I married Bruce. We only met a few times but you were always, kind and welcoming to me. Your loss was too soon. Gael you are in our thoughts and prayers. Love Rhoda & Bruce.

One month since Rod joined Dad, 20 years earlier than Syl as Cancer took you both. Now Angel's watch Vykki, happy and safe. Her Eyes on your Photo's with Nana. Truly a sad, difficult decade of loss. Love Gael

Rod met Janet 2010, diagnosed with Cancer 2011, moved to Stouffville 2012 where they married Oct 2 2015. Silzer's, Manson's and Hepworth's would like to thank Mortley's for their care and support of our son, brother, uncle, cousin and nephew as he died in Janet's loving care on May 2, 2016.

Most Beloved son of Vykki Silzer, with whom he lived for 55 years.Family & Friends will remember Rod running his business and many hobbies from his parent's home. The coin, baseball cards, comic book collections and camping equipment. Working in Syl's Garage with friend Mike Yeaton. Driving his Silver Honda Civic - Well maintained at all times!

My sincere condolences goes out to his amazing wife Janet and his two beautiful step children. On the occasions I had the pleasure of metting Rod I truly knew how happy and full his life was with this beautiful family!!
