FORRESTER, Ronald William - Passed away on September 30, 2013 at the age of 65 from pneumonia at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, with his beloved wife Debbie at his side. Loving father of Shaun and Matthew, brother of Jim (Bev), brother-in-law of Catherine (Eric), and uncle of Claire, Grant, Steven (Sommer) and Mark (Leanne). Special cousin of Gaye (Terry). Nephew of Bill. Predeceased by his aunts Dorothy, Muriel and Verna. Predeceased by his parents Ila MCGarrie (Forrester) and Jim Forrester, Sr. Ron struggled all his life, but he loved his family very much. He enjoyed all sports, especially hockey, loved boating, camping, cooking, music, model trains, collecting stamps and coins. He especially loved the years with his own company, Boots and Blades, where he taught hockey and power skating. Service will be held at the Riverside Cemetery Chapel, 1567 Royal York Road, Toronto on Saturday, October 26, 2013 at 11 a.m. followed by interment at the Cemetery. Cremation has taken place. A reception will follow the burial.
