My deepest sympathy. Ross was a gentle soul & would often drop in to my home in Chapala just to chat. When he was in better health he would join me for a ride to Sunday morning Mass. He was always most gracious. I also enjoyed Eleanor's friendship, her warmth & generosity. They were both so proud of their children.

Alicia,
My husband and I send you our most sincere condolences on the loss of your father. Dan and I spent several years in Mexico and enjoyed the company of Eleanor and Ross. We are very sad to lose yet another friend from our wonderful group of friends in Mexico. Your Dad was a great bridge player as you know and a real gentleman, and I must add that your mother played a very good pair of spoons at our weekly pot luck dinners. I remember many fun times with them both. We always talked about our families and I believe you were a close family and that your parents were so very proud of you all. Andre We met you last winter at Lake Chapala when you came to bring your Dad home from Mexico. We thought a lot of him. He was a true gentleman. Our prayers are with you and your family. God Bless.

We are so sorry to hear about your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and all of your family at this time of sorrow. We didn't spend a lot of time with your dad, but on those occasions when we were in his company, he was always full of life and love. He'll be missed by all.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this difficult time. Your dad was a fighter, and he lived life on his own terms. I am so glad he got to Mexico one more time, and that he had time with all of you before he passed away. You have so many wonderful memories to reflect back on. And he left a lovely legacy of four wonderful children and 7 grand children to carry on the family traditions.

My deepest sympathy to you and your family with the passing of your Dad last Friday, June 18th. Your Dad was very courageous with his battle with cancer, and you were a very supportive and compassionate Son during the most difficult times. Rest to know that You did all the "right things", and should know he was well attended by you and your family. His journey was comforted by your actions.

Rosco, what a courageous battle. Even though you left us too soon your memories will shine forever. A man of never ending love for Eli, the children & grandchildren. I was so very sorry to hear of Ross's death. He was a very brave man he battled his cancer with dignity. He
did everything he always wanted to do. He went to Mexico and enjoyed it then went to the cottage where he loved being and now he is at peace with Eleanor in Heaven. To the family you have my deepest sympathy it is very hard loosing someone you love very much.

Here's to you Ross and to a life well lived! You left this world better than when you found it. You left this world very loved. What a legacy. Whenever I play bridge ..or euchre.. I will think of a wonderful man who loved his family and touched countless others. As your children wrote, you will always be "lovingly remembered."
