Roy DAVIS Obituary

DAVIS, Roy F. J. - 92, of Bridgewater/Kempt, formerly of Ontario, passed away July 28, 2012 at Ridgewood Retirement Home, Bridgewater. Born in Toronto, he was a son of the late Frederick and Annie (Keene) Davis. Roy was a Veteran and a former employee of MCL Car Carrier in Oshawa, Ontario. Surviving are his wife Marguerite; sons Ross (Catherine), Keith (Gail), both of Toronto; grandchildren Michael, Toronto and Kerry, Woodstock, Ontario; and several great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife Ivy; two brothers; one sister. Cremation has taken place under the direction of the R.A. Corkum Funeral Home, Wileville. A private family service will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia. So sorry to hear about Roy. He was a great neighbor to Garnet and Bonnie Burns when he and Marguerite lived in Drumlin Hills, Bridgewater.
