Russell LANGFIELD Obituary

LANGFIELD, Russell - Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Friday, May 4, 2012 in his 75th year. Beloved husband to Margaret for over 50 years. Loving father of Brad (Sherri) and Sandy (Jeff). Proud grandfather of Jonathan, Jessica, Kristin and Nicole. Brother to Ellie Taylor. Russell will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends at the MCEACHNIE FUNERAL HOME, 28 Old Kingston Road, Pickering Village (Ajax), 905-428-8488, on Wednesday, May 9th from 3-4 p.m. A memorial service will be held in the chapel at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice. Although I was able to attend the service , I was unable to speak with you Marg and tell you how much I will miss Russ. He was a great friend and a wonderful example of a family man truly enjoying life.
The great attendance at the service was testimony to his positive influence.
