The service for Ruth was wonderful and the refreshments afterwards lovely. Ruth will always be fondly remembered by our family, helping us at the time of our dad's early death and then again with our mother's Ontario graveside service. She guided us to be "the girls God would have us be". Thanks for ALL the memories.

On behalf of Branksome Hall and the Alumnae Association, I extend our sincere condolences on the death of such a lovely and accomplished lady. As a former Branksome board member, Ruth was a strong supporter of her alma mater over the years. She will be missed by many, especially her classmates.
With sincere sympathy,
Tanya Pimenoff

I had the privilege and honor of working with Dr Alison at Princess Margaret Hospital (5th fl). She was so compassionate and always had time for her patients and staff.

Although it was long ago, and far away when we last met, Ruth is in my memory often. She believed in me more than I believed in myself. That was a gift she could give to others.

I would like to extend my condolences to the family. My father, Dr Jim Gracie spoke so highly of "Ruth". I attended CGIT at Glenview. Dr. A was a kind mentor to me, encouraging me to go to med school, and arranging for me to volunteer at Princess Magaret Hospital in my teen years. She congratulated me when I graduated medical school, 42 years ago. I am grateful for her mentorship, and her friendship with my parents.
