BUCKERFIELD, Ruth Evelyn (nee Hazzard) - Passed away peacefully, on Monday, June 17, 2013 at the Georgetown Hospital. Born December 14, 1927 in Toronto, ON, beloved wife of Mervyn for the past 62 years. Loving mother of Deborah Rollason (Steven), Cheryl Maguire and Douglas (Christine). Proud Nanny of Shannon (Brent), Michelle (Brock), Jennifer (Julian), Rachelle (Adam), Brittany, Natalie, Trevor (Katie) and Jessica. Great-Nanny of Joshua, Alivia and Brianna. Ruth will be sadly missed by Darlene Mori. Survived by her brother Jack and her 3 sisters Millie, Dorothy and Bernice. Happily reunited with her parents, 3 sisters and her mother and father-in-law. Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, north of Maple Ave., Georgetown, 905-877-3631, on Wednesday, June 19th, from 7-9 p.m. Private interment.
