My deepest sympathies to the Midha family. I was actually thinking of Sam the other day as we were good tennis friends back in the late 80's early 90's. I wanted to reconnect with him, and unfortunately found out that he had passed away in 2016. Sam was a great friend on and off the court and we had lost touch. Play well up in heaven my friend, you were a great tennis player.

I only heard of Sam's passing on the weekend. Sam was a great guy and I always enjoyed his company, as did everyone on the tennis circuit. We used to play at Rosedale and then decades later at Lawrence Park. My condolences to the family.

What a very nice man Sam was. Funeral was well done and tearful. Sam's father spoke very well and kept everyone calm. I can see where Sam got his joyous, friendly face from. I will miss our cigars together and golfing with you Sam.

Dear Harish & Veena, I am so very, very sorry to hear of Sam's passing. I am his next door neighbor and I sent a text last night, as I was worried that I hadn't seen him. I had no idea. He was the dearest man and we became friends over the past year. If there is anything that I can do, please let me know. R.I.P. Sam
