D E THOMASIS, Sante B. - God called Sante suddenly on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at the age of 85. He will be reunited with his loving wife Nicoletta. He will be cherished by his dear children Antonietta (Angelo Lombardi) and Nadia (Michael Ranieri). Proud grandfather of David, Christina, Adrian and Laura. Sante will always be remembered by his brothers and sisters Beniamino, Marianna, Giovanni and Maria. He will be held dear in the hearts of his nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Fratelli Vescio Funeral Home, Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd., 905-850-3332) on Monday from 6-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 10 a.m. at St. Augustine of Canterbury Roman Catholic Church (80 Shoreham Dr., off Jane St., south of Steeles Ave.). Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (Hwy. 27, south of Hwy. 7).
