I was shocked and saddened to read of Sara's untimely passing in the newspaper this morning.

As a childhood friend, I remember her as being an absolute genius (ahead of the game on so many levels), talented artist (she once did a charcoal sketch of me which took seconds yet was an amazing likeness and I still have it some 30 + years later tucked away in a photo album) and natural beauty (and I might add ageless also, as evidenced by the photo) who lived in the most breathtaking house I'd ever seen at the time.

The world is poorer for having lost this shining star as 46 is but a child.

She was a wonderful person and I never forgot her even though it had been many years since we last spoke.

My condolences to her family, friends and co-workers.
