Born December 21, 1967 - Passed away July 10, 2016
Loving father of Ty, Rhys, Jax and Nash. Very gifted son of Bob and Sandra Forhan, celebrated brother of Robert, Michael and Joseph. Scott will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Friends may call for visitation at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket, on Wednesday, July 13, 2016, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. John Chrysostom Church, 432 Ontario Street, Newmarket on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at 10 a.m. Online condolences may be made at www.roadhouseandrose.com

Our deepest condolences on your terrible loss. Our family knew Scott from using his services and thought he was very talented. It's hard to believe such a vibrant and healthy young man is gone. He will be missed by many but mostly his sons and family.
