Sofia Rodziewicz Obituary

RODZIEWICZ, Sofia - At Providence Healthcare on Friday, October 24, 2008. Sofia, beloved wife of the late Romuald (Roman). Dear mother of Roman Jr. (Lidia), Robert (Leslie), Richard (Irene), and Ruben (the late Elizabeth). Loving grandmother of Ursula, Tommy, Mark, Nicole, Alexis and Jason. Sister of Zygmund Radka (of Poland). Friends may call at the FUNERAL HOME OF O'CONNOR BROS., 1871 Danforth Avenue (two blocks west of the Woodbine subway station) on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass in St. Stanislaus Church (Denison St. north of Queen St. W.) on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. Interment Pine Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Toronto would be appreciated.

Babcia,
You were a wonderful woman with a warm heart who I had the pleasure of getting to know a little over the course of a few years. Obviously a strong woman too, being a mother to only boys, and toughing it out to a good old age. In the end I know Lidia took very good care of you. I hope your family and close friends find comfort in knowing this and may they never forget your brilliant smile and sense of humour.
