Neil, Val, and family

It is with great saddness that we heard of Uncle George's passing. He was a good man. The few times that we were able to spent time with him and Aunt Jean were always most enjoyable. He will be missed by all.

Neil: Thank you so much for letting my mom Evelyn Foster know about our Uncle George, that meant a lot to her. Unfortunately as it has been we have lived to far away but when we did see Uncle George he was a great historian of his brother and my dad Ted. It was 24 years ago that your mom and dad were in Saskatchewan and my son Kyle was born and they were one of the first to welcome him to our family. Our condolences to Val and your family. Love your cousin Betty Speed North Battleford Saskatchewan.

We are so sad to hear about the loss of our dear Uncle George. While we lived far away in Edmonton, we have fond memories of his visit to our place and the stories he told. We still chuckle at his quirky way he would look for that other pair of glasses! Unfortunately we are now down to one of the Foster boys, with Uncle Russell being the only one left. We offer our deepest sympathies to our cousins and Uncle George's family. May you find comfort in the memories you have. Keep them near to your heart forever. All our love Ray, Shirley and Kristin Smith from Edmonton.
