I am a long time past Student of Stewart's. He was my Math Chemistry teacher my Hockey and Football coach but most of all through the years he was a friend. I live in Newbrunswick now but I relate to friends here about my friend the times at school and the good times golfing. Stewart and Francis lived just a very short walk around a corner in the Beaches. I can still see him today as I remember good times long ago. God bless you friend Allan Turnell

I am so very late but better late than never.
Mr Passmore was first a teacher then a good friend. He was my Math and chemistry teacher and my hockey and football coach. Later in my life he and I played golf together at his club Whitevale. Stu and Fran live a moments walk from me in the Beaches. I would visit sometimes and have lunch or breakfast. As you can tell he and Fran were friends that transcend student teacher relationship. He was the Best.

Great memories of a fun loving man, a big smile, and always encouraging words. A family friend, a tutor, simply a pleasure to have known.

To the Passmore family, I did not have many occassions to be with Stu and Fran, only at the bridge table! They were a team! Please say hello to family relatives. While in Walkerton I visit Betty each week. Please accept my sympathy. Ruth Hobley

I am so sorry to learn of Stewart's death. He was a great friend of my father and mother's - George and Carol-Lee Roberts - and a member of my father's much-loved golfing buddies, a group of men who golfed together, fall and spring every year, for over 50 years. He was a good friend to my Mom after my father died a few years ago, and we so appreciated his kindness, gallantry, and good humour. He will be greatly missed, and I know my father will be welcoming him to wherever they are now, and continuing to lose to him on the links. My heartfelt condolences to all who loved him.

Mr. Passmore was one of the best teachers I had during my years at Malvern Collegiate in the late fifties, early sixties. He was a delight as a person too. My sincere regrets to his Family and Friends.
