FEDUN, SUE It is with great sadness and heartfelt pain that we announce the passing of Emily Susan Fedun on July 29, 2022, one week before her 76th birthday. Sue was predeceased by her parents, Robert E. Benson and Ethel (nee Herbert) Benson; and brother, Robert Benson. She is survived by her husband, Russell; and daughter, Melanie. Sue will be extremely missed by her Fur Babies: Lowell, Stella, Bobo, Chilly and Malpa, but will be reunited with the extremely large Fedun Family Zoo in Heaven. Best loving friends, Debbie and Dan Garside, Helen and Larry Demchuk, will miss her dearly, as well as sister-in-law, Joanne Benson; nieces, Vicky Truesdell and Marnie Benson. Her fun-loving spirit and infectious smile will always be remembered, and she will be fondly thought of by innumerable friends she gained throughout her life. Sue graduated from St. Joseph's school of nursing in 1968, and her motto in the yearbook was "Remember that there is one thing better than making a living and that is making a life." Sue was a dedicated Streetsville Lions Club member, and to honour her memory, donations to the Lions Foundation of Canada, Oakville, would be appreciated, in lieu of flowers.
