Sun Gee Chew

CHEW (CHU), Sun Gee - Peacefully at home on November 15, 2010 in her 89th year. It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Sun Gee Chew, beloved wife of the late Pon Chu, beloved mother to Lai (Gilbert), Wilkin (Margaret), and Wilson (Katherine), proud grandmother to Denise, Alison, Brian, Clifford, and Jessica, proud great-grandmother to Samantha, Emma, Kayla, and Kimberly, and sister to Ark Chin and the late Bing Lee. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, their respective families, and her many friends. The family wishes to extend its heartfelt thanks to Dr. Akbar Khan for his compassion and care during the final stages of her illness. A funeral service will be held in New York City, U.S.A. on November 29, 2010. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charitable organization of your choice.
