SUSAN STUART Obituary

SUSAN MARGARET STUART (nee BROWN) 1948 - 2012 Our beloved Sue died peacefully at home on Saturday, April 28, 2012. Predeceased by her parents Jack and Jane Brown and her brothers Michael and David. Sue leaves her husband of 40 years, Tim Stuart, her sister Janeanne (David Cumming), her children Beth (James Boyden) and Ian (Amy) and her most cherished grandchildren Jack, Charlotte, Stuart and Luke Boyden and Flynn, Joseph and Leo Stuart. Sue will be much missed by her extended family, her nursing colleagues and her legion of lifelong friends, in particular Ann Ein, who kept vigil at Sue's side in her final days. In 2008, Sue received a double lung transplant that gifted her with several good years, allowed her to winter in Florida and, in her own words, to see "the next generation come". The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the Lung Transplant Team at Toronto General Hospital and family physician Dr. Arnie Ein for their advocacy and caring attention. Visitation at Morley Bedford Funeral Home, 159 Eglinton Avenue West, on Tuesday, May 1st from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Memorial Mass at Holy Rosary Church, 354 St. Clair Avenue West, on Wednesday, May 2nd at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Sue's memory to the Trillium Gift of Life Network through www.canadahelps.org and please register your consent for organ donation at www.beadonor.ca
