CHLEBOWSKI, Tadeusz "Tad" - September 24, 1923 - September 13, 2013 Passed away peacefully en route home to Canada after visiting his family in Wilczna, Poland. Tad Chlebowski was preceded in death by his wife Paraska, brothers Joseph, Wacek, Stefan and sister Kazimiera. Survived by his sons Tadeusz (Donna), Edward (Lorissa), Stefan (Debbie), grandchildren Jennifer, Jessica, Trevor, Matthew, Michael, David, great-grandchildren Sophie, Harrison, Taylor, and brother Stanislaus and sister Veronica, both living in Poland. A private family memorial and celebration of his life was held on his birthday. "Words are few, thoughts are deep, Memories of you are ours to keep"
