ANGUS, Thomas William - Passed away surrounded by love with his family by his side at the Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Thursday, October 13, 2011. Tom Angus of Elmvale (retired Air Canada employee, formerly of Toronto) in his 73rd year. Loving partner of Margie Baks of Elmvale and beloved husband of the late Barbara Angus (1991). Dear father of Laura (Randy) Laflamme of Fergusonvale and Shannon Bennett (Fernando Lamanna) of Keswick. Loved Popa of Jacqueline and Heather Laflamme and Shannon and Connor Bennett. Tom was also treasured by Margie's children and grandchildren: Nicole (Eddy) Wolfe and Cameron of Elmvale, Julie Baks and Keyana of Toronto, Michelle Baks of Barrie, Kristine Baks and Layla of Barrie. Beloved son of Flo and the late William Angus of Toronto. Loving brother of Irene (Tom) Smart and the late Jack and his wife Marg Angus. Uncle of Cathie (Robert) Gauthier and Greg Smart. A celebration of life will be held at the St. John's United Church, Elmvale on Saturday, November 12, 2011 at 11 am., followed by a reception in the Springwater Room of the Elmvale Community Arena.
