Louise I just googled Tom as we had a great time years ago
I can´t believe he´s gone
He was such a great golfing mate and friend
I went on my own path for the last 10 years and am doing well
I miss those days

Gone way too soon... I have on occasions tried to see where Tom is via Linked In and today I thought I would google - I did not expect to find he had passed :( Tom was an amazing boss when I worked at CCA Beverages in Auckland NZ. We worked closely together making Vendos a bigger better place. He was such a great mentor to me and I had such a good experience working with him. He was such a lovely person. Thoughts are with you and the kiddies - such a great loss... Sandi McDonald.

Oh Louise - my heart goes out to you, an amazing man with such a generous heart, when he learnt I was from NZ whenever he travelled there on business he would return with all my favourite treats. At Easter he would open his bottom drawer and it would be filled with Easter chocolates, he introduced me to online shopping...umbrellas in particular - he recommended the right one for golfing of course. Such an amazing spirit - my thoughts are with you Lou, Much love xx

So very sorry to hear of Tom's passing. I was a friend of Tom in high school. He was often very quiet but so very, very funny and often was wise enough to leave things unsaid that should not have been said.

I didn't get to know my uncle as much as I would have liked to, but during the little time we spent together I learned so much from him and we had such a great time together. I know he was an awesome person, and it is evident from the many great letters from friends and family around the world who got to know him.
I miss you a ton Uncle Tom, your in my heart forever.
Sending my love and condolences to my Aunt Louise.

Louise, I was so sorry to hear about Tom. I am speechless. My condolences to you and your family. May you have the strength to endure this tragedy.

February 16, 2014

I've heard it said that when someone dies they don't go away but just move into a special room in our hearts. If that is the case then Tom will need a very big room to house his bigger than life spirit!

We feel privileged to have shared laughter, food, fun and studies with Tom albeit many years ago. Those memories will continue to be kept in a special place.

Louise, please know that you and your and Tom's family are in our thoughts and hearts.

with love and in sadness,

Tom
You were a great man. A round of golf in 1 h 45 minutes before work, competitive Ice hockey, you lived life to its full. Sound advice to our children Holly and Zach.

My dear Lou, this tragedy has hit all of us very deeply and we have to trust in the spirit living on.I think you have already seen that in some signs from Tom. He does live on with you.
You know how embedded into each others lives we are & will always be. To you Tom we lost a part of ourselves with your passing.
The humour & generosity...WOW! As for cards you were the best partner & now you make me work twice as hard as you can never be replaced...bad boy. AND who the hell's hand are we supposed to talk to now??
Rest well my friend. You will always be with us

During your time in New Zealand you made us laugh and we shared many great times with you and Lou. Tom you got us together and then were the MC at our wedding, an awesome Tom performance. So full of life, we will remember you.

I had the immense pleasure of spending time with Tom and Lou while my boyfriend (Tom's nefew) and I travelled to Oz last summer. I won't forget his warm capaccinos made promptly every morning before our outings, his travel tips, cheap jokes always making fun of Brandon, and of course his infamous laughter. I only wish that I had more time with him and I will miss him greatly.
Lots of love Tom and Lou, always

My heartfelt condolences go out to Louise, Tom's wife & the rest of his family at this sad time. I had the great pleasure of working with Tom at Cerebos, all be it only for a few years. He was extremely well liked not only by his workmates but by everyone that did business with him. He was not only great at his job but a lovely human being as well. Which is all too rare these days. We have certainly lost one of the good guys and far too early.
