MAXWELL, TINA LOUISE (nee CHUHANIUK) Passed away at her home in Port Dover on Friday, December 21, 2018, in her 50th year. Beloved wife of Gord Maxwell of Port Dover. Loving step-mother to Andrew Maxwell (Celine) of Calgary, and mother to Hunter Derkach of Toronto and Jackson Maxwell of Port Dover. Cherished daughter of John and Particia Chuhaniuk of Simcoe. Sadly missed by her sister Tammy Rideout (Todd) of Brampton, their children Daniel, Zachary and Lindsay (Matthew), daughter Sophia. Tina will be lovingly remembered by Gord's family, his father Gwyn Maxwell (late Myrtle) of Burlington and by his brother David (Andrew) of Toronto. Tina will be dearly missed by her cousin and best friend Cheri Pickering of Pickering and by her 4-legged friend "Maggie".
