VISMANTS EGLITE Obituary
EGLITE, Vismants "Vic" —
December 19, 1921 - July 6, 2016
Having brought joy to many with his cheerfulness, often seen in the twinkle in his eye, it was time to move on after 94 full years. He left us on a bird song on the morning of July 6th. Vismants is fondly remembered by his wife Helen, son Eriks (late daughter-in-law Indra), daughter Sarma and granddaughter Anna. Predeceased by his wife Marija. Funeral service giving thanks for Vismant's life will take place on July 9, 2016 10:00 a.m. at the YORK FUNERAL CENTRE (160 Beecroft Road, 416-221-3404), with visitation at 9:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Foundation for Kristus Darzs Long Term Care Home or to St. Andrew's Latvian Evangelical Lutheran Church.
