WADID SALIB Obituary

WADID ASSAAD SALIB December 21, 1926-November 26, 2012 Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. Wadid, beloved husband of Mary, father of Bahir, Moenes (Darlene) and Chafika Bernicky (Gerry). Grandfather of Christine, Deanna, Aaron, Yasmeen, Serena, Melanie and Heather. He will be greatly missed by his brother Halim (Vouva) in Egypt. He also leaves behind his nephews Magdi Shoucri (Faiza), Rashad Shoucri, Merit Shoucri (Sally), Cherif Salib (Jill), Rafik Salib (Manal) and Amin Meleika (Mona) and Vicky, Daisy, Susie and Ezzat in Egypt. He will be joining his brothers and sisters and Kamal Fanous and Reda Salib in heaven. He will also be missed by Nirvana and his many great-nieces in Montreal. The family would like to thank their friends, doctors and nursing staff who made him comfortable. A prayer service will be held at St. Mark's Coptic Church, 41 Glendinning Ave. on Tuesday, November 27th at 7 p.m. Funeral Service to be held on Wednesday, November 28th at 1:15 p.m. at the church. Interment Elgin Mills Cemetery, 1591 Elgin Mills Rd. E., Richmond Hill, ON. Online condolences may be made at www.chapelridgefh.com
