I never had Mr. Nugent, and I don't think he knew who I was, really. But in teacher's college when we are asked to remember great teachers, I think of him and the freezing winter morning when I was twelve years old and on my way to Woodbridge College. I was standing at the bus stop and it was so cold. He was on his way to work. He pulled his car over and picked me up and took me to school.
Thanks, Mr Nugent!
