WAYNE SHORTREED Obituary

SHORTREED, WAYNE CLARENCE August 28, 1947 - November 14, 2021 It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Wayne Clarence Shortreed, on November 14, 2021, in his 75th year, at the Kingston General Hospital. Wayne was predeceased by his loving wife Lynda (2016), grandson Max (2015) and wonderful mother Eleanor Shortreed (Lomas) (2019). Wayne will be dearly missed by his father Dave Shortreed, brothers David and James, his daughter Laurie, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He has a large extended family of cousins, nieces and nephews that will miss him at the Annual Shortreed Family Reunions. Wayne was a retired Canada Post employee who loved cooking, his cats, game shows, baseball, fishing and most of all spending time with his family. Now he is free of pain and can be with his loved ones that passed before him. He will be forever in our hearts.
