WILLIAM GEORGE DOWLING It is with great sadness our family shares that on Sunday, March 15, 2015 at the age of 80, William passed away at the Credit Valley Hospital. Loving husband of Julia. Beloved brother of Betty. Father of Mark (Karen), Dan (Sue) and David (Maria). Much loved uncle of Marni (Tony). Cherished grandfather of Jamie, Jeff, Tory, Bryan and Victoria. For 58 years Bill was a car dealer extraordinaire. He was truly respected and admired by all who knew him. Lovingly remembered, he will be well missed. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd. (north of Lawrence Ave. W.), Weston, on Thursday, March 19, 2015 from 2 - 4 and 6 - 9 p.m. A Funeral Service to be held in the Ward Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, March 20, 2015 at 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Riverside Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or to Credit Valley Hospital would be appreciated.
