SMILLIE, William (Bill) Dalziel - After a brief illness, at Guelph General Hospital on Friday, January 14, 2011 in his 87th year. Husband for 54 years to Joy, proud father of Cameron (Carolynn) of Brantford, Craig (Judi) of Guelph, Clark of Toronto and Clyde (Lynda) of Guelph. Loving grandfather of Lauren and Charlotte. World War II Veteran, P.Eng. (Queen's University '51), longtime member of Harcourt United Church. Cremation with a private family committal will take place. Friends will be received at a memorial service in celebration of Bill's life on Friday, January 28, 2 p.m. at Harcourt United Church, 87 Dean Avenue, Guelph. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Bill made to Harcourt United Church or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
