WILLIAM JOHN WILSON

WILSON, WILLIAM JOHN September 20, 1933 - April 4, 2023 It is with great sadness that we acknowledge the passing of our father, William "Bill" John Wilson, in his 90th year. Leaving behind his children, Virginia, Greg (Trish) and Brett (Michelle); his grandchildren, Aaron (Ames), Kyle (Briana), Sydney and Moira; and great-grandson, Frey. Predeceased by his second son, Todd; son-in-law, Glynn; and by his wife of 62 years, Dolores "Lorrie." Dad was a Torontonian, but moved to Ottawa to begin his 38-year career with Bell Canada and to raise his family. He was an active member of the community, involved with Little League, Scouts, Masons, Church, Legion and the Seniors' Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Queensway Carleton Hospital for their phenomenal dedication to his care and support of the family would be appreciated. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at the Pinecrest Cemetery. Visitation at 1:00 p.m., with service at 2:00 p.m.
