Alan passed away peacefully on September 29, 2025, with family and friends by his side. Al lived life to the fullest as a brother, husband, father, uncle, grandfather, Chief Petty Officer 1st Class, and Santa.
A Celebration of Life will be held on November 23, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at the Chief and Petty Officers' Mess located at 1575 Lyall St, Victoria, BC (Esquimalt).
In Alan's memory, please consider making a financial donation to Victoria Hospice to help him get closer to reaching his goal of $100,000 in his fundraising journey.

Al you were a beautiful soul with a king sized heart and a generosity of giving spirit. I really loved the fun times with you at the pool and to witness the beautiful friendship you had with so many of us. I wasn´t expecting you to leave quite so soon but I know you gave everything of yourself to others and I loved you dearly. With deepest love and gratitude for knowing you.
Heaven has gained another angel!
