Ann Widdowson Obituary

Ann Widdowson was a person with great determination and enthusiasm with many interests. She was a member of several gardening and music societies. Her greatest loves were: family, cats, horses, and her house/garden. Ann graduated from Victoria College and English Honours at UBC. She travelled widely and worked in Indonesia, Nigeria, England, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Canada. Later in life she became passionate about her father's scientific work in India and reconnected with her "Indian family". Recently she made many friends at the Cordova Bay 55+ Seniors Centre. A celebration of her life will be held on the afternoon of December 27. Ann is survived by Tom, her husband of 52 years, and daughters Katherine and Frances.
