Barbara MIKUS

MIKUS Barbara Anne (nee Smith) passed away on November 20,2002 at the age of 65 in Victoria. Predeceased by her first husband Henry Mikus. Barbara's warmth and kindness will be missed by her loving husband Jiri Hakl, her sons Jeff (Suzanne), Matt (Vivian), grandson Payne and many close relatives and friends. Barbara was born and raised in Victoria; came to Ladner BC where she married and raised her children before returning to Victoria to live. Barbara loved the outdoors and enjoyed the time spent in her flower gardens. A funeral service will be held at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Esquimalt BC on Monday November 25, 2002 at 12:00 with reception to follow at 1294 Geric Place, Saanich. Donations in memory of Barbara can be made to the Vancouver Island Kidney Patients Association at 1900 Fort Street V8R 1J8.
