My goodness, this is a shock for all of us.
We wish Eila and family the best as they all work this through in their own way. A real loss.

It was my pleasure to know Bob for almost 30 years. He was one of the gentlemen of our industry. He was smart, compassionate, hardworking and a great mentor to so many. Bob was an absolute pleasure to work with and naturally raised the bar of our profession without effort. RIP Bob, my sincere condolences to his family.

Ella, Miila, and Sean:
My sincere sympathy in the loss of a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. I first met Bob and Eila when Sean and my son Neill were friends and team-mates. Bob was also my realtor when I sold my Gordon Head house - he truly was a star(r)!
Hold fast your precious memories.
My condolences,
Mary Horton

We are so sorry to hear about Bob and send you all our deepest condolences. We will always remember our great visits with Bob & Eila while we watched our girls play Gordon Head soccer games for years. Fun times with all the parents even in the rains of winter. So very sorry to hear of the passing of Bob. He and I met while we were both building materials sales people in Prince George, he with Weldwood of Canada and I with Canfor Ltd. We crossed paths again in Victoria, then again in Vancouver and finally back in Victoria. Best wishes to his family.

My deepest sympathies to Eila and the family. Bob was a true gentleman with a strong business ethic and was a star in the real estate industry for many years. I got to know Bob & Eila on a more personal basis as we were all Shamrock season ticket holders. He´ll be dearly missed.

This is so sad. Bob was a true gentleman and was a great help to me when I was starting out in my building supplies career and he was selling lumber, plywood and building supplies long before he got into real estate. I bumped into Bob a few years ago on a townhouse project, it was great to see him again. RIP Bob, you were one of the good ones.
