Charlie and I worked the same areas, he doing chips and me doing milk, for many years , often having coffees or lunch and always exchanging stories . Just a great friendly guy. After retirement I saw him often around royal oak and it was sad that he had had some serious health problems. My condolences to his family. RIP my friend .

I´ve known Charles for as long as I can remember as he delivered his chips and dip to us. He always had a huge smile and a story to tell us and he treated everyone like family. I had the pleasure of having a number of teas with him at the Royal Oak Timmies over the last few years before he moved from his condo too and I will always treasure his company. RIP my friend and I will think of you every time I dip a chip
