Although I never had the opportunity to know Mrs. Lou-Poy at a personal level, I was always kept apprised of her later life through Ron and tried to keep her in supply of Rockfish (one of her favourite dishes) whenever I was able to get out salmon fishing. She certainly seemed to be a very special lady in the lives of many. May the Lord provide His peace and comfort to all who have been touched by her presence.
