Cos Loustalot Obituary

Cos was born in Oakland Ca. He was an insurance salesman before following his heart to the sea. On the west coast of Vancouver Island he spent his life honing his craft as a shipwright, sailer, master craftsman and wordsmith. He is deeply missed by his family & fellow mariners. A service to celebrate Cos's life & legacy will be held on Nov. 22, 2025. Please contact Becher Bay Marina or family for details.

I'm so sorry to hear that Cos passed away. I knew Cos through work but thought of him as a friend. I was always interested in seeing how his ship was progressing from watching the keel being laied.
