My name is Donna and I spin at the YMCA at noon weekdays. I didn't know David well, as he often came into the class right at the start and left as soon as the class was over. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to converse much, but our noon spin class feels like a family and we are feeling a huge loss. He will be truly missed.

Our hearts break for Luca, Dante, David's family...and his loving partner Meghan. David became my lunch time running partner in 2007 when he joined the Ministry. Our lunches were full of speed drills and heart-to-hearts. David will never be forgotten and I am thankful to have known him. Rest in peace David -- we envision you with silver bulldog clipped angel wings!

To the Gaffney family
Our hearts ache. The glass wheat Dave gave us after Scott died sits in our kitchen. We will forever remember how kind and compassionate Dave was after Chad died. Marla remembers fondly his support. Loosing two children is more than any parent should endure. We walk with you in sadness and wonder what the final chapter could have been. The love for his sons and those left behind will endure.
