Dave Gamble
June 16th, 1932- February 14th, 2025
Surrounded by family at Cowichan District Hospital, our dearest Dad, Dave took his final breath. Born in Duncan, he completed his journey in the town he loved.
Dave is survived by his wife Del, his three children Victor, Doug and Heather and their families. Dave had a long career in construction, one that began when he was 14 years old. He formed many friendships in his career and through his connections in curling and golf.
His loyalty was proven almost daily as he visited and cared for Del in her care home.
He was a truly dedicated and special man and we will forever miss him.
The family would like to thank the staff at Cowichan District Hospital, the Cancer Society and his friends at Sherwood House.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday March 9th at 1:30-3:30 pm at the Duncan Curling Club.
This will be a time to celebrate a life well lived. Please join us.

Dave, I am fortunate to know your beautiful daughter, Heather. She speaks highly of you and certainly will miss you like crazy. I've asked her to tell me some of her memories of you and am so impressed with how practical you were....a real "get it done" sort of guy. Congratulations on leaving such a remarkable crew. RIP Dave.
