David and I 'volunteered' together on the Executive of Army, Navy & Air Force Unit 302 for a couple of years. He restored the financials of this club during this time. He was great to be around, fun, kind and we were friends. I'm sorry to know of his passing but knew the last few months were a struggle. I send my condolences to his beautiful wife Claudia and to the rest of the family. He will always be remembered fondly.

It is sad to hear of your Dad´s passing.
My brother, Bill, spoke often about their time together as detectives on the force and of the many memories (and some shenanigans too) they shared outside of work.
He has lived a long and productive life. Bill said he was a true and cherished lifelong friend and he will miss him as well. I fondly remember spending time with him and Claudia and Bill and Sharon in the early days when I first moved to Victoria. You, too, were very kind to me.

Dave and I worked together at a Legion #37 on Mills Road,good man sorry for the loss. RIP Rod Dick.
