David OBEE Obituary

OBEE, David James, age 60 passed away at home on December 7, 2025. David was born in Victoria on February 11, 1965. He will be deeply missed by his son Jacob, parents Betty Erb and Frank Obee, sister Diane (Chuck), brother Dennis (Lorraine) and nieces Alena (Bobby) and Megan and constant companion, his dog Diesel. Before he retired David had a career as a machinist at the Dockyard in Esquimalt. After retirement he spent more time doing what he loved, fishing, hunting and spending time with his son Jacob. David will also be missed by his many friends. At David's request no service will be held. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.

So sorry to read of your son's passing Betty. Our children should not "take leave' before their parents. You& I are overdue for a visit. I am back on Vancouver Island.

I send condolences to Betty and Frank for the loss of their son, David. While I did not know David, I was friends with Betty and Frank and am sorry to have lost touch with them over the years.
