SIMMONDS, David D.
February 14, 1946 - December 18, 2025
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Dave Simmonds, a kind, gentle man and gardener extraordinaire who never met a sweet he didn't like.
Dave was predeceased by his loving wife, Nonie; parents, Leonard and Doris Simmonds, and much loved nephew, Michael.
He will be forever missed by his step-daughters, Darlene (Dave) Cockle and Sam (Gary) McCall; grandchildren Kayla Cockle, Alysa (Jon) McCall and Gord (Ishe) McCall; great grandchild, Mara, as well as his siblings, Ross (Gloria), June (Ernie), Brenda (Dennis), Thelma (Gary) and many nieces and nephews.
Dave requested no service. A private family internment will be held at a later date. If desired, donations can be made to the BC Cancer Society.

To Ross, June, Brenda and Thelma and your families. Many good memories of Dave and all of you growing up as cousins in the Blenkinsop Valley where our grandfathers pioneered. It was a very special time and very special memories. My condolences to all of you as you mourn the passing of dear Dave. With prayers and love. Dena
